Jane is a registered social worker with a professional background in leadership and management. She has worked in the statutory, voluntary, and private sectors. Much of her work has involved designing and implementing systems and processes to improve services to bring tangible benefits to service users. Jane has a special interest in supporting staff who have experienced trauma and takes a trauma-informed approach to managing and leading teams and providing professional supervision to individual professionals.
A keen gardener, Jane works at creating outdoor spaces that bring peace and tranquillity.
