About the Role
As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care and support tailored to the needs and aspirations of the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide practical and emotional support that positively impacts health and wellbeing
  • Assist in developing and implementing support plans
  • Deliver support with daily living, personal care, tenancy needs, and medication
  • Promote inclusion, personal development, and independence

Desirable:
  • Previous experience in a support role (not essential)
  • Willingness to work towards SSSC registration and qualifications
Additional Information
  • This role involves shift work, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
  • PVG Scheme membership and SSSC registration (or willingness to register) are mandatory
