We’re passionate about employing the best people, so we want to offer them the best benefits.

We believe our people are incredible, and we want to make sure that they feel valued. That’s why we’ve recently revised our pay scale to offer one of the most competitive salaries in the sector.

As well as offering a competitive salary, and the sense of pride from helping people who need it, we also provide a range of benefits and support.

Employee Assist Program (EAP)

We know that this job is hard work, and some aspects of it can be triggering. That’s why we offer EAP. It gives you access to free counselling: whenever you need it. You don’t need to use it solely for work-related issues, either. It’s also available for personal problems such as anxiety, postnatal depression or grief. Every staff member can access six sessions per 12 month period. It’s completely confidential – we can’t see what you talked about – and the helpline is open 24 hours a day.

Pension

We have a pension scheme to help you save for retirement. After all, you work hard all of your life: you deserve to relax when you retire. We’ll match any contributions you make between 4-6% of your income to help boost your pot.

Enhanced leave

We have a very generous annual leave policy. It starts at 33 days per year, increasing by one day for each full year of service. It maxes out at five days after five years, giving you 38 days off.

Standard company sick pay kicks in after 26 weeks of employment, starting at four weeks full pay and eight weeks half pay. It then increases in denominations of four weeks per full year, maxing out after six years with an extra 24 weeks of leave.

We also offer enhanced parental leave with the standard six weeks at 90% salary, and then 12 weeks at half pay.

Work tech

Not every job requires a laptop, so that’s why the tech we give you is most suited to your role. If you have a desk-based job with us that might be a laptop, but if you’re more ‘on-the-go’ we might provide you with a phone or a tablet instead. It all depends on what will make your job easier.

Access to an online doctor

It can take a long time to get a GP appointment. We offer our staff access to a 24/7 online doctor, so you can be seen as quickly as possible.

Flexible working hours

We always try to be as flexible as possible so that you can work the hours that suit you. Whether that’s taking a four day working week, or finishing a little early to do the school run, you can do what you need to as long as the rota is covered.
