At Care Support Scotland, we support vulnerable people across Edinburgh and the Lothians to live as independently as possible. Our core service areas are homelessness prevention & housing support, learning disability & neurodiversity, and older age care.
Our support staff and managers are all fully trained and registered with the Scottish Social Services Council and members of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) schemes. You can rest assured that the people we support are in safe hands.
If you would like to access our services, or have someone you want to refer, we have a number of ways to do it.
For social workers and care workers
Most of our referrals come from social workers and care managers within the local authorities that we’re active in. That is, Edinburgh, West Lothian, East Lothian and Midlothian.
For individuals and families
We work closely with individuals and their families to provide the best support possible, and help the people we support reach their goals.
Self directed support
Self directed support gives people more say about where their care budget is spent. Choose from different care packages, ranging from a few hours to 24/7 support.
