Sharon has over 15 years’ experience in the social care sector, working across a variety of service provision, in older people’s services and homelessness. Sharon qualified as a practitioner and has had a successful career bringing her to the role of Service Manager. Previous to social care, Sharon spent many years as a manager within the hospitality industry.
