The team from Care Support Scotland proudly laced up their boots to participate in the Edinburgh Kiltwalk. Their mission? To raise vital funds that will directly enhance and expand the crucial support services Care Support Scotland provides across Scotland.

The Kiltwalk is an annual walking event that has become one of Scotland’s biggest fundraisers. It’s unique in that every single penny raised by walkers for their chosen charity is topped up by the Sir Tom Hunter Foundation. This means that for every pound the Care Support Scotland team has raised, even more will go directly to their cause, making a powerful impact. Participants have a choice of three walking distances: the Mighty Stride (22.7 miles), the Big Stroll (14.5 miles), and the Wee Wander (approx. 5 miles). Each step taken by the Care Support Scotland team directly translates into support for individuals and families who rely on their services.

This event is more than just a walk; it’s a testament to the incredible community that surrounds Care Support Scotland, and a chance to celebrate the dedication of everyone who walked, sponsored, and cheered them on. Every penny raised directly contributes to providing essential care, companionship, and support.
Care Support Scotland extends its heartfelt thanks to all who supported their Kiltwalk journey.
