At Care Support Scotland, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to lead a fulfilling and independent life. We are dedicated to providing person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities and neurodiversity, enabling them to thrive within their communities.
The model involves individuals having their own tenancies – typically houses or flats – situated close to one another, often on the same street or within a small geographical area. This group of homes forms the ‘cluster’.
The ‘core’ of this model is a nearby, easily accessible support hub or office, staffed by our dedicated support workers. These workers are on hand to provide assistance and support to the individuals living in the ‘cluster’ of homes, ensuring help is always close by.

Most of our referrals come from social workers and care managers within the local authorities that we’re active in. That is, Edinburgh, West Lothian, East Lothian and Midlothian.
We work closely with individuals and their families to provide the best support possible, and help the people we support reach their goals.
