Support Worker – Youth Homelessness/Supported Accommodation

We are a charity with decades of experience supporting people across Scotland, providing those who need us with support that ranges from Mental Health, Learning Disability and Neurodiversity, Youth and Adult homelessness and Older People services.

Horizons is a specialist support service for young people aged 16–25 who are facing homelessness and a range of complex needs.
We work alongside young people experiencing challenges such as poor mental health, substance use, trauma, and unstable housing — providing person-centred, trauma-informed support to help them build safety, stability, and independence.

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in building trusted relationships, delivering practical and emotional support, and advocating for young people as they navigate difficult circumstances. If you’re compassionate, resilient, and ready to make a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you.

This is outreach support working and lone working in supported accommodation.

Location: Horizon’s, Dalry Road, Edinburgh (as base office)
