What it’s like at Parkhead Lodge
Our staff team is led day to day by a Senior Support Worker. We have a staff team of 6 who work a variety of shifts to provide care and support 24/7 throughout the week.
Parkhead Lodge is a lively service, and there is usually something going on. The young people staying at Parkhead Lodge are at different stages in their journey to independent living, and all require different levels and kinds of support. This variety makes Parkhead Lodge a busy and fun service to be in.
Our team works hard to maximise independence and to support community engagement. Many young people attend college or training, and some are in employment. The service works with different stakeholders, such as throughcare and aftercare, social work, college and training providers to ensure young people receive the right kind of support.
