Help us shape the future of care in Scotland.
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Board of Trustees and help us build a resilient future.

We have a 35-year history, yet we feel like a modern, energetic organisation. We are committed to fostering a culture of compassion and respect, and we are looking for leaders who share these values.
What this means for you:
Strategic Impact: Play a pivotal role in challenging and supporting our Senior Leadership Team to achieve our strategic objectives.
Meaningful Governance: Ensure we continue to provide high-quality, person-centred care to those who need it most.
Professional Growth: Gain experience in board-level leadership while helping to shape the direction of a growing organisation with a turnover of nearly £10m.
Flexible Commitment: We value your time. The role requires approximately 2 to 5 hours per month, with board meetings held in the evening (available in-person or via Teams).

You do not need prior Trustee experience. We are seeking individuals who align with our values—Respect, Compassion, and Thrive—and who bring strategic thinking and independent judgment to our board.
Ideal candidates will have:
Leadership Experience: A background in leadership, academia, or programme management.
Diverse Expertise: Experience in Finance, Law, Social Work, Charities, IT, Media, or general commerce.
Community Insight: An understanding of care areas such as Learning Disabilities, Neurodivergence, Mental Health, Senior Care, or Homelessness is highly advantageous.
Strategic Mindset: The ability to understand the “bigger picture” and provide constructive challenge to ensure we remain resilient and effective.
